Word limit: 40 (+name and contact details)
Logo/image: size 300×100 (WxH px), max 1 per link, .jpg/.gif/.png only, max 30kb, no animation.
Formatting: No formatting within the link (i.e. no bold, no CAPS, no colours, no italics)
Hyperlinking: Only the company name will be hyper-linked.
Start & End Dates: It is the ad reps responsibility to give notice of the removal of text links as the
process is manual. Please check your links pages at least once per month and notify
firstname.lastname@example.org of any removals.
Animation: Where possible avoid animation. GIF animation only.
Positioning: Banner bookings must state whether the banner spot has exclusively or if the spot is to be shared. Also where on the sites pages the banner is to appear.
Adnet: Place an individual booking for each banner. If the account is a different name from the advertisement please add the name to the notes. The dates must match up with the booking period. Please book allowing a realistic time frame to receive copy from the advertiser. The only bookings that could have a single day booking period are advertorials, social shares, or banners that only actually appear for one day.
